Proact IT Group AB (publ) today announces that the company has contracted Åsa Regen Jansson as new interim CFO and member of the Group management. Åsa succeeds Linda Höljö as CFO and assumes the position on 1 January 2024.
Åsa has extensive experience in various financial roles, most recently from Viaplay Group where she has been acting CFO and most recently had the role of SVP Finance Nordics.
As previously announced, the current CFO Linda Höljö leaves Proact in January for a position outside the company, and Åsa will hold the role of interim CFO until a permanent replacement is in place.
