Business continuity and support update

To all our customers:

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, our employees and the society as a whole is our highest priority as we monitor the development of the virus COVID-19 and adhere to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities.

Although we do not have any known employees infected, we have over the last days further increased our attention and precautions to protect our customers business and our own employees. Our employees are restricted from travel to and from other countries, and we have broadened our flexible work from home policies to help reduce the possibility of transmission in our offices and protect risk groups. Our offices remain open. We are allowing visitors to our premises only if business critical.

Proact can operate as usual should many of or all our employees need to work at home for an extended time, as all our employees are able to access our workspace environment though secure VPN lines with no loss of effectiveness.

We have a comprehensive Business Continuity and emergency readiness plan. We have daily calls to ensure we are aware of any potential delays or disruptions that could impact our customers. Our customer support organization is prepared to work from home with no loss of effectiveness. The field support team are ready to attend sites in cases where absolutely required, in consultation with our customers. In cases of quarantine and illness, where manpower may become stretched, Professional Services engineers would be utilised for both field support and MCS work to ensure adequacy of skilled resource.

We are prepared to serve our customers at full capability, regardless of where the work is taking place. Should global conditions worsen, we are confident we can quickly respond to changing market dynamics, minimizing impacts to our business and disruptions to our customers and partners.
