About the role
Proact is on an exciting journey to expand our Cybersecurity business, and we’re growing our team to drive its development. We’re seeking a highly skilled CISO & Technical Lead, Cybersecurity, who will play a pivotal role in shaping our cybersecurity landscape. With a dual mission, you will serve as the guardian of Proact’s information assets in the Nordics and Baltics (NOBA) region while also supporting our customer cybersecurity portfolio innovation. As a CISO, you’ll ensure the security of our IT infrastructure, investigate incidents, and uphold internal security training and best practices. In your role as Technical Lead, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to support innovation in our Cybersecurity product categories, working closely with our commercial teams, Professional Services teams, vendors, and customers. You’ll also lead direct line and dotted line Cybersecurity specialists across the region, fostering collaboration and supporting our commercial teams in driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Shape an innovative vision for our cybersecurity product group for the NOBA region
- Lead, mentor, and manage our cybersecurity team within NOBA (direct and non-direct lines)
- Build and deliver technical pre-sales training for our cybersecurity area
- Create service delivery documents for NOBA specific cybersecurity services
- Ensure our products meet industry standards and address emerging threats within NOBA
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and drive product adoption
- Collaborate with Proact Group entities to leverage and contribute to a broader cybersecurity ecosystem
- Develop and implement a robust internal cybersecurity strategy for the NOBA region
- Lead and coordinate the organization’s information security efforts
- Develop, manage and ensure compliance with LIS (holistic approach to protecting information)
- Aligning regional security governance documents with other governance documents and guidelines
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with mandatory employee training
- Oversee regional incident response, continuity planning, and the management of information security risks, including risk analyses for critical systems, services, and processes.
- Monitor, audit, and evaluate ours and external partners’ information security in terms of its appropriateness, intended effects, and compliance with internal and external requirements
- Report changes in organization that may affect the scope of ISO27001 certification
Needed qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cybersecurity, including quality certifications such as ISO 27001
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Innovative with a customer-centric mindset
- Technical presales experience
- Ability to understand customer technical needs, and translate into a service requirement & proposition
- Understanding of ITIL
