As the Content Specialist & Copywriter you will be part of an international Commercial & Communications department in Proact. An ambitious and highly skilled team that are passionate about bringing value to the organization.

The role
As our Content Specialist & Copywriter you will be part of all Commercial & Communications area teams to advise, decide, create, improve and maintain relevant content to achieve our business goals. You work across all areas within the department and are able to create internal and external content around brand, IR, press/media, sales enablement, marketing content etc. You are creative and strong in transforming a objective, a brief, a trend or a conversation into strong content that engage our audiences in multiple channels in our local countries. You will be expected to claim ownership of the content creation process and coordination where you use your expertise to advise on what content to produce, where to execute it and what goals we can expect. Connected to this you will also be accountable for the success measured through audience engagement, brand consistency and audience experience of the created content – across all prioritized countries. You act as an international thought leader within your field and have a very strong mindset of getting things done.

You will

  • align with stakeholders to setup and develop our content strategy aligned to objectives
  • identify target audiences and (together with stakeholders) decide on best type of content/ channels
  • conduct research to enhance our content, including identifying relevant topics and gathering facts
  • build strong messaging to ensure content is mapped against our objectives and goals
  • develop strong content which fit to be executed into multiple countries, including;
    • Sales Enablement content; brochures, proposal templates, PPTs, battlecards, webcontent etc
    • Marketing content; blogs, whitepapers, SoMe posts, newsletters, casestudies, campaigns etc
    • Web content; messaging, portfolio etc
  • identify and interview subject experts across the business – transforming thoughts to content
  • optimize content in multiple digital channels like SoMe, marketing campaigns etc
  • coordinate content marketing projects with agencies

You need

  • a strong eye for detail with demonstrable creative writing skills and great storytelling abillity
  • a strong understanding of our audiences needs and interaction journeys
  • an understanding of current trends and market developments within our field
  • the ability to transform a product/service brief to multiple content connected to buyer needs
  • ability to translate an idea or objective to effective content
  • good organizational and time-management skills
  • strong interpersonal skills to navigate through all levels and cultures in the business
  • ability to self-prioritize and self-manage also with tight deadlines

Additionally

  • you may be expected to travel (mainly to Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, United Kingdom or Germany)
  • you may be expected to manage budgets
