The team
As the Sales Operations Manager you will be part of an international Commercial & Communications department in Proact. An ambitious and highly skilled team that are passionate about bringing value to the organization.

The role
You are responsible for creating and developing our sales best practice models as you oversee sales processes/cadence and tools enabling our sales teams across 14 countries to be efficient and successful in their day-to-day activities. With your strong analytical profile, you support the countries by analyzing pipeline and sales trends to bring business advice to the sales departments across the group.

You will need to build, develop and maintain strong relations and alignment with our local sales teams in general and with our Sales Directors in particular. Together with the Commercial team, our Portfolio and Technology team and local Sales Directors you will ensure a strong commercial planning process.  You will need to be responsive to feedback and adaptive to local needs while at the same time ensuring the success of the defined central sales cadence and processes.

You will also be required to be part of defining and implementing a roadmap of sales operations priorities/initiatives to generate revenue and return for our organization and our customers.

You will

  • work with and advice senior leadership and management on our sales operation efficiency
  • develop, manage, analyze and improve sales reporting to increase sales velocity & forecast accuracy
  • build best practice sales metrics to make data-driven decisions
  • build a sense of one commercial team across a matrix organizational structure
  • build strong alignment and collaboration to drive results across all our countries
  • translate business objectives to sales goals
  • support in building academy and training content for our sales departments
  • drive improvements, adoption and innovation of Salesforce platform (and other sales tools)
  • create compensation plans supporting and driving success within strategic focus areas
  • connect our own sales process with buyer journeys and customer lifecycle processes
  • increase sales maturity through positive best practices

You need

  • strong business acumen
  • strong strategic and operational drive
  • a very strong analytical sense with ability to convert data into business advice
  • a desire (and ability) to develop other senior sales roles
  • strong interpersonal skills to navigate through all levels and cultures in the business
  • proven sales experience and success
  • to be prepared for some international travel as this is required
