For a large organisation such as Samhall, migrating to Office 365 involves much more than simply moving user accounts and mailboxes from the existing Exchange servers. That's why the company sought an expert partner to assist with the transition, who could make sure that the move happened without disruption. Samhall also wanted advice on best practices, and required expertise to help plan the integration of other services such as Skype for Business.

Samhall also selected our Service Management offering to make sure configurations and updates were always implemented where necessary, while also freeing IT resource from the timely task of searching for information.

Relying on Proact for Office 365 Service Management is convenient and saves us a lot of time as we don’t have to search for information. It also ensures that we’re not missing any important updates to the service.
