The team
As the Sales Enablement Specialist you will be part of an international Commercial & Communications department in Proact. An ambitious and highly skilled team that are passionate about bringing value to the organization.

The role
As our Sales Enablement Specialist you will be responsible for leading our sales enablement projects. You will plan, prioritize, coordinate and launch our training content, sales enablement content and our content plattforms needed to support our salespeople across the group.

You will be expected to claim ownership of project managing the process with multiple stakeholders to ensure relevancy and value of the content in the countries. You will also own the implementation and measurement of success for all sales enablement content we create. In addition, you will support with building training content together with, for example, our portfolio team for upcoming product/service launches – at some instances also leading training sessions. You will need to work closely with local sales management, sales operations, go-to-market, marketing and portfolio teams to ensure strategic alignment. You will need to be responsive to feedback and adaptive to local needs while at the same time ensuring that we execute on our portfolio enablement content across our countries.

You will

  • prioritize and project manage the creation and deployment of training, enablement content & tools
  • support product launches by preparing and enabling sales to better understand & sell our solutions
  • track and analyze enablement usage and training value to continiouslly improve area
  • align with stakeholders to setup and develop our enablement content strategy aligned to objectives
  • work with communications team to ensure external launch of new services/products

You need

  • great knowledge of sales enablement processes, best practisies and sales needs
  • the ability to transform a product/service brief to enablement and training content
  • to be empathetic and be able to understand the need from the sales organisation
  • ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation across a matrix organisation
  • to build an understanding of current trends and market developments within our field
  • to be highly organized and have exceptional project management skills
  • strong presentation skills and written communication skills
  • good organizational and time-management skills
  • ability to self-prioritize and self-manage
  • has high adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadlines under pressure
  • strong strategic thinking with a data-driven approach


  • you will be a member of the new Commerical Leadership team
  • you should expect some travels (mainly to Sweden, the Netherlands and United Kingdom)
  • you may be managing your own budget
