The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) works within the Service Delivery Management department, where SDMs work together at Benelux level. The SDM team approaches its tasks in a purposive manner. with a "can do" mentality. You will report directly to the Service Delivery Director and work closely together with the colleagues of the operational and commercial branches.
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for (monitoring) the quality of services provided to Proact's customers. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating the provision of service as agreed and for maintaining this up-to-date. He/she ensures that the service complies with the SLAs, but above all that the expectations of the customer are met. For this, the Service Delivery Manager manages the expectations of the customer, the implementation of the service provision and initiates measures to improve provision of service to the customer. All this is performed in proper balance with the services purchased.
In addition to bearing responsibility for a set of customers on a daily basis and also for the appurtenant substantive control of the operational departments / external partners, , you are also involved with the development of documentation and innovations in the service provision.
Together with our sales colleagues, you will be involved in the commercial development of the accounts that you are responsible for.
The Service Delivery Manager has higher education or equivalent ability and a service mentality, with a focus on quality. In the role as a "Trusted Advisor", the SDM envisions additional opportunities at the customer.
The Service Delivery Manager has extensive experience with ITIL and service management processes. He/she is able to properly turn customer needs into specific Proact services. It is therefore necessary to understand the technology on a conceptual level. The underlying technology for our services includes infrastructure solutions, data management solutions and integration with public cloud solutions.
In performing the daily tasks, the Service Delivery Manager will require good communication skills and bear end-to-end responsibility for the services provided by Proact towards the relevant customers. A certificate of conduct is required.
We estimate that proper fulfillment of this role requires 3 – 5 years of experience.
