Monitoring & management
We provide enterprise-class monitoring, management and support for a full range of Cisco networking devices and Palo Alto firewalls. We also provide a monitoring and alerting service for many other manufacturers. We'll monitor their operational status, their statistics and alerts and provide real-time information, including fault history by device and site-specific information.
Alerts & resolution management
We can pass on any important alerts – including threshold breaches – when necessary, allowing you to keep tight control of the network. But one of the benefits of Service Management, our fully-managed support package, is that we can act on alerts, manage any fault resolution and apply changes within a service level agreement.
Visibility & control
We will also review device health, including operating system and patch levels, and where appropriate apply updates for operational or security purposes within an agreed change control process. We will send any alerts – including threshold breaches – to our NOC (Network Operations Centre) and also to you, so you can maintain both visibility and control.
