Transition
Our service-centric approach simplifies planning & reduces risk

Transitioning services is complex and few organisations have the resources or expertise to manage the process in-house. Our experts take a no-nonsense business and service-centric, rather than a traditional technology-centric, approach. This enables us to reduce risk, simplify planning and minimise disruption, to successfully transition your service.

What is service transition?
Transition could mean moving one or more of your IT services to a new platform in your own data centre, in our data centre or in the cloud. It could also mean us taking over responsibility for managing that service from you or from your incumbent service provider.

Successful transitions since 1994
We've been managing successful transitions for organisations of every size since 1994. We take a no-nonsense, service and business-centric approach, making sure we understand your organisation inside and out, right at the very start. We then follow a tried-and-tested, 6-stage, ITIL-based methodology to ensure we deliver your service successfully.

Ten years' cloud expertise
Our cloud implementation services enable organisations with limited resources or cloud expertise to transition to a multi-cloud platform supported by our skilled technical engineers and seasoned project managers. In the hybrid world we live in, our skills have never been in such great demand.

Cloud consultancy, design & deployment
Our support starts with cloud transformation consultancy and runs right the way through to design, purchase and implementation of your best-fit cloud solution. We use the term best-fit to describe what's best for you. We're free to help you explore what this is because we're independent and have no vested interest in recommending you a particular system or technology.

Service transformation
If transition means moving your IT service, transformation means 'improving' it, with agreed projects that bring your technological environment to desired productivity levels. It can happen after, or in parallel, with transition. Our experience means we know what works and what doesn't, and this saves our customers a lot of time, hassle and money.
