Proact is looking for a curious, highly motivated, and skilled Group Marketing Manager to join our ambitious, award-winning commercial team. Our team consists of functional leaders within Communications, Brand, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations. It also includes our field marketing resources based in Proact’s countries as well as in-house resources covering marketing operations, marketing automation, content creation, and graphic design.

The role

As our Group Marketing Manager, you are an integral part of our commercial team, with direct responsibility to lead, manage, develop, challenge, and inspire our marketing team. Together with your team, you will plan and drive our brand perception and awareness, ensure continuous demand generation, and support our customer expansion efforts. You will collaborate with our sales-, product-, and country managers, as well as strategic vendors, to ensure a customer-centric and data-driven marketing execution that supports our sales growth ambitions.

You report directly to our VP of Commercial & Communications and will be a core member of our Commercial Leadership Team (CLT).

You will…

  • … lead, manage, develop, challenge, and inspire our field marketing teams across Europe
  • … support the alignment and collaboration between marketing and local sales teams
  • … create and implement a clear marketing strategy which support our growth ambitions
  • … plan and execute “brand, demand and expand” campaigns and content together with our teams
  • … be responsible for our “go-to-market” marketing plan and execution for new portfolio launches
  • … be accountable for our marketing budget, as well as ROI and KPI reporting across all our countries
  • … ensure clear and efficient internal marketing processes, including campaign and lead management
  • … be responsible for aligning with core vendors on marketing activities and investments
  • … support in mapping and integrating new marketing resources from acquired companies
  • … be accountable for our core digital marketing channels and strategy

Additional information
